GUEST WAIVER FORMS

Members must print and require all guests to sign a waiver form. One signed waiver is required per guest per visit. If your guest is under 19, the parent/guardian must sign it. GET FORM HERE .The waivers should be placed in the one of the black mail boxes locate around the various parts of the range (Clubhouse, 100 yard and 300 yard range).
